House sparrows can still be seen in flocks of up to 100 birds.

There was a colour-ringed spoonbill at Tresco Great Pool.

Waders included greenshank

Green sandpiper

Sanderling

Ringed plover

and turnstone.

There was a golden pheasant at the Tresco Abbey Garden cafe.
