14. Lesser kestrel. About 15 AP 13th (including 11 in the air together), and c10 on 14th. I didn't see any adult males. Photos are of a first-summer male and a female.

14. Kestrel. Widespread. Photos are from PAP. Notice the outer primary shorter than the one inside it, unlike in the lesser kestrel, where the outermost primary is slightly longer.
